Paulette Richmond Hart, PhD, an educator for 24 years is passionate about research related to academic achievement for all students ... all learners. Her experiences and interests include school improvement, diversity, student discipline, curriculum, and alternative learning opportunities. Paulette has worked with middle school, high school, non-traditional, and collegiate programs, both at the instructional and administrative levels. In addition, Paulette has managed millions of federal dollars at the state and district levels and enjoys coordinating spending to ensure the desired implementation, compliance, and student achievement. Her goal is to lend her experiences and expertise to districts and agencies to enhance processes and expected outcomes.

Joslyn Reddick

Joslyn Reddick is a 32-year educator who has worked in various capacities in education.  She has worked as an elementary teacher, reading coach, elementary principal, and Central Office Curriculum and Federal Programs Director.  Joslyn has also worked as a School Improvement Specialist and a Federal Programs Administrator for the Alabama State Department of Education.   In the fall of 2019, she retired from Alabama and moved to Georgia to work as a Transformation Specialist for the Georgia Department of Education Chief Turnaround Office.  Joslyn is the founder and manager of Re-Imagining Solutions, LLC, which is an Alabama-based educational consulting and mentoring firm.

Dr, Rose Wilkins

Rose Irby-Wilkins, Ph.D., is a leading expert in advancing personal and professional change.  Her career as a change facilitator spans more than 30 years, focusing on changing performance and behavioral outcomes for youth and adults.  Rose experiences and interests include numerous roles in public and private K-12 programs, non-traditional schools, and collegiate programs.  Her service across non-profit and for-profit instructional and administrative levels.  Also, Rose is a consultant and transformational coach servicing various non-profit and for-profit enterprises.  She is an author of several published books and courses, including Thought Leadership: Disrupting the Status Quo In Organizations; School Scrimmage, City Blocks (SEL model) and H.O.T. S.E.A.T.S. - (Students Engaged in Advanced Thinking).  Rose is a frequent speaker at professional conferences and trainer across business and social sectors, providing useful, engaging content, which is easily adaptable in daily experiences.
