WHAT WE DO & WHY
In March 2020, the coronavirus pandemic upended America’s K-12 education system as schools in every state closed their doors for extended periods to combat the spread of the virus. Educators are accustomed to being flexible in stressful work environments. They adapt and change based on data points, budget and placement changes, limited supplies, and ongoing shifts of instructional designs. However, the coronavirus pandemic pushed educators to an entirely new level of adaptability.
Educators now need new innovative support as they balance everything during this COVID-19 crisis and will likely require sustained support as we advance, because things are merely different. The Network offers a difference by acting as a conduit for services focused on everyday learning and the nuances of new challenges. The Network provides a cadre of subject-matter experts to address short-term or continuous programming, operational, or staffing needs.
